Reschedule & Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you can choose to cancel or reschedule with a $25 service fee.  This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged in full for their missed appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full price of the session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. If you are running late, please call and text to let me know, only when it is safe to do so.

Covid Safety, Illness, and an Abundance of Caution
I am proactive about keeping my practice healthy for all. If you have any cold or flu symptoms, or other illness, or have recently been exposed to someone with a recent positive Covid diagnosis/test, or if you have been to an event known to have had an outbreak, please call or text me, and I will reschedule your appointment, to be on the safe side.  Let’s continue to take care of each other, and stay home when we are not feeling well. Appointments rescheduled due to illness will not be charged – please call and let me know. If I do not hear from you, it is a No-Show appointment, as explained above.
